Shine on Stage with Dance and Music!
Young people have always enjoyed music and dance, and with practice, they are not only consumers, but can become creators and inventors too!
With numerous platforms giving youth the venue to shine, the HKFYG has encouraged performance, competitions and training in the arts, music and dance. Now with sponsorship from the Home Affairs Bureau and Youth Development Commission, "My Stage Youth Creative Arts Festival" is back! This year there are a range of programmes, including the Joint Schools Dance Competition in September, the Hong Kong Asia Youth Band Sound Competition followed by the Shine On Stage showcase in October, and the Hong Kong International a cappella Contest and a cappella Gala in November, plus even more excitement in early 2020. In total, attendance of over 2,600 youth and 23,000 members of the public is expected for the whole Festival.
Come check out these events and be amazed by the energy, passion and talent of young people!
