Happy TV time with Telekids!
Television remains a magic box for many young people, entertaining, informative and always a steady companion! Wouldn't it be even better to become part of the magic box and address and entertain one's peers?
The HKFYG's Jockey Club Media 21 (M21) has joined hands with Hong Kong Open TV and Plentyme Limited to produce a new TV programme TeleKids. What makes this so special is that it is for and with children. Targeted at primary school students, the programme blends learning with entertainment, while also providing training in acting and hosting.
A total of 306 episodes will be broadcast every afternoon between 1 March and 31 December 2020, centering on interesting STEM subjects, and covering a wide array of other topics, including Chinese and English language, arts and sports, greening and free play, as well as parent-child cooking classes. This unique project is something that all children will definitely benefit from, whether in front or behind the cameras, or even at home watching!
And best of all, a perfect reason to switch on the television everyday!
