Relax and rebuild wellness this summer

After what seems like a long period, Hong Kong is slowly beginning to feel the sun of normal life breaking through the overcast heaviness of these lockdowned months with the approach of summer.

From wellness, sports and arts exposure to leadership training and volunteering services, there are nearly 10,000 activities awaiting young people and their families. For example, L.N.T. "Walk Out" Hong Kong introduces 21 outdoor adventure challenges while also teaching participants to Leave No Trace as they appreciate and respect the nature. With a 40% fee discount on selected programmes for those in need, everyone can again celebrate the hope and joy of a happy and healthy holiday period.

Let's seize this short summertime to relax and get out of the clouds!
