Open spaces at your fingertips

With space at a premium in Hong Kong, along with its population density, it is quite difficult for anyone to find suitable and open spaces for gatherings or small group activities. To the rescue: the launch of a brand new platform.

Funded by the Innovation and Technology Fund for Better Living, the HKFYG's SPACE21 will provide a platform for young people - and the general public - to locate, explore, book and pay for events and local spaces in the city. Whether through a website or phone app, discovery of open spaces will soon be at your fingertips, with a designated QR code for easy on-site check in!

The Federation very much encourages community organizations, non profits, churches and schools to open up their facilities for public use to build community together. These space providers will also be supported by a free booking management system.

Before its official launch in July, a special discount promotion of HK$30 for space and event booking will be available to all who register from now until 15 July 2020
