Influencing Influencers to Build a Better Community
Consuming online videos is a part of every young person's life. But instead of simply consuming content, how about influencing content?
Supported by The Community Chest of Hong Kong, the Federation recently launched The Next Influencer Training Scheme, which is for 300 young people between the ages of 10 to 29. Helping them to develop necessary media literacy skills to make an impact, the scheme focuses on digital marketing and data analysis skills, while also stressing current social issues and values.
The three year programme will kick off with well-known media veterans and top influencers invited to participate in seminars and workshops, sharing their own experiences and career development. They will also offer trainings in theoretical and practical skills, including creative content production, personal branding and developing a good marketing strategy. Participants will be able to sign up for professional auditions at a later stage, so that after the trainings, the 300 influencers-to-be will be ready to go!
Let's support the next generation of influencers by helping influence their abilities today!
