Embrace a Day of Rejuvenation

In a fast-paced world with an influx of new information every day, taking care of our wellness and coping with a series of issues like stress and fatigue has become more important than ever. Therefore, we are excited to introduce an exceptional opportunity that will allow you to prioritise self-care and treat yourself a much-needed break from the daily grind.

The highly anticipated HKFYG Run for Wellness is making a triumphant return after a three-year hiatus. We invite everyone to embark on a fresh journey of self-care and wellness. On 15 October at the West Kowloon Cultural District Waterfront Promenade, an exhilarating lineup of backpack run races awaits.

Backpacks symbolise the loads on young people. Put on a backpack and share their loads! Please join hands with us and support the youth's emotional wellbeing.

Apart from the backpack running, there will also be a carnival where booths and stalls share the concept of all-round wellness and positive thinking. Immerse yourself in a diverse range of activities that encompass the six pillars of personal wellness: physical, emotional, social, occupational, digital, and environmental wellness. People of all ages are welcome to enjoy as we are dedicated to offering a holistic and fulfilling experience for everyone.

So, join us for a day of rejuvenation, connection, and positive energy! Let's run, laugh, and support one another as we embrace a healthier and happier future together.
