Constant Innovation: the next Five Year Plan

Over the past five years, the Federation has adopted three strategic pillars in its services. These involve, “Deepening Engagement”, “Enhancing Professionalism” and “Embracing Innovation”, with a particular focus on “Healing and Hope” through the fostering of “All-round Wellness” and “Future Skills”. This was especially necessary during the uncertainties caused by the pandemic, but now we look to the future.

Over the next five years, the Federation will continue to innovate our services. We will continue to “Innovate”, as we “Optimise Experience” and “Create Values” through the following four strategic directions:

Youth Participation, to encourage the development of youth Members, Volunteers and Leaders (MVL), as well as promote a culture of talent exchange, encouraging social participation and creating social impact

Digital Transformation, to apply appropriate technologies in various services and to nurture the digital skills and literacy

Wellness Development, to promote all-round health, physically, mentally, socially, occupationally, digitally and environmentally

Talent Nurturing, to facilitate the exploration of diverse opportunities, while planning careers and developing unique potential

These are challenging aspirations and goals, but we know that we can accomplish them in partnership with all those who care about young people, their futures and their contribution to the community.

So, join us in this journey together!
