A Unique and Groundbreaking Sports Initiative

Sports is not only fun, but it has a profound effect on physical fitness and mental well-being, as it nurtures teamwork and resilience, reduces stress, and elevates mood, ultimately contributing to a healthier lifestyle and strengthening community bonds.

To ensure that sports becomes an integral part of wellness, the HKFYG Sports Lab has opened its doors at the Wellness PLUS Complex, marking Hong Kong's first public fitness assessment hub dedicated to making sports accessible and inclusive for economically disadvantaged youth and individuals with special needs.

The Sports Lab combines cutting-edge technology, interactive gameplay, and immersive experiences to provide state-of-the-art equipment that promotes health and fitness for all ages and abilities.

Among the standout features is the iWALL 3.0, an exergaming system that utilises full-body control sensors and competitive sports elements to enhance coordination, balance, and agility. Another highlight is Multiball, a mixed-reality experience that gamifies ball games and workout simulations, making fitness both enjoyable and engaging for a diverse range of users. Additionally, the AfaScan ScanLeader 3 serves as a smart fitness assessment platform, offering precise and comprehensive body composition analysis through advanced measurement technology.

As the first non-profit in Hong Kong to introduce these groundbreaking technologies, we are committed to promoting holistic health and using sports as a catalyst for personal growth and community cohesion. We invite you to join us in our mission to foster a healthier lifestyle for all!
