Our Path Forward for the next year
Once again the Federation has put forward its Annual Plan. This 2025-26 version highlights what we are committed to in the second year of the Fifth Five-Year Corporate Plan, highlighting "Continuing Innovation", "Optimising Experience", and "Creating Values".
We will focus on the following four strategic directions:
Youth Participation, to empower young individuals to lead community-centred volunteer services and intergenerational health initiatives, foster leadership development, and provide platforms for young leaders to make policy recommendations.
Digital Transformation, to enhance the digital skills and literacy of young people, while exploring the latest technologies to optimise internal workflows and improve service efficiency.
Wellness Development, to enhance youth health through the "social prescribing" model, expand LevelMind@JC and strengthen Youth S.P.O.Ts for emotional support, as well as provide diverse sports training and activities to develop athletic interests and skills.
Talent Nurturing, to expand development platforms for youth interested in various sectors, provide hotline consulting for those seeking to relocate in mainland cities, and organise exchange programmes to enhance their understanding of both the country and the world.
As we implement this Plan, we look forward to collaborating with our partners to create impactful experiences that empower youth and foster a vibrant community. Together, we can drive meaningful change and inspire the next generation to shine.
