Art Can be Created with More than Brushes...
Creativity can take many forms, and in today’s world, with the explosion of technology, it does! We believe in providing young people with all sorts of opportunities to expand their innovative and imaginative minds through the integration of tech and art.
This past August, we kicked off the first Nurturing Future InnoTech Talent Project, taking 130 young people to Beijing and Shanghai on an immersive study tour showcasing the vibrant intersection of technology, art, and innovation shaping China’s future.
Organised by the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation and funded by The Institute of Philanthropy (IoP) and The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, this amazing programme included exploring digital arts with VR technology at the National Centre for the Performing Arts; a visit to Zhipu AI to discover advancements in AI-driven image generation; and examining the design and development process of domestically produced aircraft in China.
For many participants, this was their first visit to Beijing and Shanghai, and they found the tour to be transformative, expanding their perspectives and igniting a passion for the integration of technology and art.
Art is born out of creativity and that includes the different media through which it can be created. Join us in encouraging young people to explore and experiment, especially using technology to express themselves.
