As March unfolds, Hong Kong hums with a different kind of rhythm, one drawn entirely from the human voice.
The Federation’s Cultural Services Unit presents the Hong Kong International a cappella Festival 2026, turning the city into a living soundscape. More than a musical showcase, this Festival celebrates creativity innovation that defines our global hub.
This year’s line-up spans three continents, proving that harmony needs no instruments From the Eastern European jazz-folk of Spectrum Vocal Band of Bulgaria and the rhythmic Asian pop of City Singers from Xiamen, China, to the American collegiate energy of Pitch, Please! the event offers a masterclass in global artistry. These international headliners will perform alongside local champions Saliva Music and the next generation of talent, Little by Little Kids.
The Festival’s journey begins with a cappella Prologue at the Mall on 21 March, followed by the grand a cappella Gala at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre on 22 March. From 23–26 March, a cappella On the Go will surprise districts across the city with spontaneous performances and flash mobs, culminating in the flagship International a cappella Extravaganza at Queen Elizabeth Stadium on 27 March. The celebration closes on a high note with a cappella Resonance at the Mall.
A testament to connection through pure voice, the festival invites everyone to witness the power of human harmony. Join this world music journey and let our city sing!
