In 2026-27, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups moves into the third year of its Fifth Five-Year Plan and our focus remains clear: driving innovation, enriching experiences and creating real value for young people across Hong Kong.
Our focus will be on Intergenerational Co-creation, Sustainable Living, and the Future of Careers, guided by the following four dynamic directions that shape how we work and connect:

Young people aren't just participants, they're co-creators. Through the Member-Volunteer-Leader pathway, we're building bridges across generations and encouraging youth to take the lead in shaping what comes next.
โ Wellness Development
Sustainable Living starts with balance for ourselves, our communities and our environment. We're scaling up efforts around mental health, resilience and local initiatives that make sustainable choices part of everyday life, in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
โ Talent Nurturing
Tomorrow's careers will demand flexible minds. Our "๐
-shaped talent" approach helps young people combine deep professional skills with wide interests, global awareness, and a strong sense of identity and purpose.

From AI tools to smart platforms, technology is changing how we connect and create. We're making digital transformation a driver of more responsive, innovative, and collaborative youth services.

A Night of Harmony for Youth Well-being
On 25 March 2026, the a cappella Musical Charity Dinner returned to the Hong Kong Country Club with incredible performances by Spectrum Vocal Band, Pitch, Please!, City Singers, Saliva Music, and Little by Little Kids. All proceeds will be dedicated to HKFYG programmes supporting youth emotional well-being and resilience.

Good Vibes & Giving: Healing the Mind While Saving Lives
Partnering with Rotary International District 3450, HKFYG hosted the "Give Blood, Feel Alive" Wellness & Blood Donation Day on March 22, 2026. Attracting over 200 participants, the event featured yoga, singing bowl therapy, and aromatherapy workshops led by wellness practitioner. It was a meaningful day of community service and holistic healing.

Exploring Xiamen via High Speed Rail
Organised by The Dragon Foundation and HKFYG, this 4-day Xiamen tour offered youth a deep dive into economic innovation and heritage. Participants visited Fortune 500 companies like Xiangyu Group and tech leaders like Meitu, while exploring cultural landmarks including Kulangsu to gain firsthand insight into Minnan culture and modern productivity.
