Returning this autumn under the timely theme: Think Global, Be Agile: Navigating the Next Era of Entrepreneurship, the Social Innovation and Youth Business Unit of the Federation, brings together bold ideas, practical insights and the people shaping what comes next.
Since 2014, it has connected more than 6,500 founders, investors and policymakers from 34 countries and regions. This year, 500 emerging leaders will come together to explore the strategies, tools and connections needed to build businesses for a fast-changing world.
Participants will dive into three key areas:
- AI-Driven Transformation: Utilising smart tools to automate core operations and increase organizational efficiency.
- Agile Business Models: Adopting lean operational frameworks, such as One Person Companies (OPCs) to drive rapid execution with minimal overhead.
- Cross-Border Growth: Applying proven market-entry strategies to scale ventures seamlessly across international borders.
The three-day Forum begins in Hong Kong on 27 October, before moving to Qianhai, Shenzhen on 28 and 29 October. From big-picture discussions to hands-on exchanges and immersive site visits, participants will gain a closer look at the opportunities emerging across the Greater Bay Area, while drawing on Hong Kong's strengths as an international entrepreneurial hub.
