Wellness Theatre

Wellness is all about balance to cope with the challenges of life and developing a positive attitude to forge ahead in life.  The HKFYG Wellness Mind Centre's Project STEP is all about early intervention to help build self-awareness and manage emotions using engaging and innovative platforms to cultivate wellbeing.

Like the Moving Wellness Truck, another initiative to address wellness techniques is the interactive drama, "The Magic Voice Tree". Aimed at primary school students, this is the story of two boys with very different characters who overcome shyness to manage their feelings and get along. It is supported by HSBC's 150th Anniversary Charity Programme and is produced in partnership with iStage, with the aim to tour 100 schools this academic year.
